1. Local Same-Day Delivery

We deliver to all addresses within a 5-mile radius of our store at 42 London Road, Tooting, London, SW17 9HP. Local orders are typically prepared and delivered within one hour of being placed during our operating hours.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between our store and your delivery address:

Local delivery is available during our normal operating hours, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, every day of the week. The system automatically calculates the distance based on your delivery postcode at checkout.

2. UK-Wide Delivery

For addresses outside our 5-mile local delivery zone, we ship across mainland UK using trusted courier partners. At checkout you can choose from a range of carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Each carrier shows its own price and estimated delivery time so you can select the option that suits you.

Most next-day services arrive on the next working day, provided the order is placed before the daily cut-off. Couriers do not generally deliver on Sundays, and weekend delivery depends on the carrier selected.

3. Cut-Off Times for Next-Day Delivery

To guarantee next-working-day delivery via a UK-wide courier, your order must be placed before 10:00 AM. This gives our team enough time to pick, pack and hand the parcel to the courier before the 12:00 PM collection cut-off. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will normally be dispatched the following working day.

Weekend timing

Orders placed after Thursday 12:00 PM may not arrive before the weekend. If the courier you select does not operate on Saturdays, your parcel will be delivered on the following Monday. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout already takes weekends into account.

4. Local-Only Items (Frozen and Chilled)

Some of our products are clearly marked as local delivery only. These typically include frozen items, chilled fresh produce, and certain perishable goods. We do not ship these items via courier because the journey time and temperature variation cannot guarantee the freshness and food safety we expect for our customers.

Local-only items can be delivered through our Local Same-Day Delivery service within 5 miles of our store, or collected via store pickup. If your cart contains a local-only item and you enter a delivery address outside our local zone, the checkout will flag this so you can either remove the item or choose a different delivery option.

5. Store Pickup

You can place an order online and collect it from our store at 42 London Road, Tooting, London, SW17 9HP. Store pickup is free and is normally ready within an hour of order confirmation during our opening hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

When collecting, please bring the order confirmation or have it available on your phone, along with a form of ID matching the order if requested.

6. Order Tracking

For local same-day deliveries, our team will contact you by phone if there is any issue locating your address or completing the delivery.

For UK-wide courier deliveries, once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on the relevant courier’s website to follow your parcel’s progress.

7. Undelivered Parcels

If a courier is unable to deliver to your address, they will normally attempt redelivery the following working day or leave the parcel at a local collection point. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply where the original attempt was unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you believe a delivery has been lost or significantly delayed by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible so we can raise an enquiry on your behalf.
