Do you deliver to my area?

We offer same-day local delivery to any address within a 5-mile radius of our store at SW17 9HP, Tooting. For addresses outside that radius we ship across mainland UK using courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Local orders within 5 miles are typically delivered within one hour of being placed during opening hours. UK-wide courier orders placed before 10am on a weekday are usually delivered the next working day. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full timings.

What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?

You must place your order before 10:00 AM to guarantee next-working-day UK-wide delivery. This gives us time to pick, pack and hand the parcel to the courier before the 12:00 PM collection cut-off.

What happens if I order after Thursday 12 PM?

Orders placed after Thursday 12:00 PM may not arrive before the weekend. Most couriers do not deliver on Sundays, and weekend service depends on the carrier you select at checkout. In many cases the parcel will be delivered the following Monday.

Can I get frozen or chilled items delivered nationwide?

No. Frozen and chilled items, along with certain fresh produce, are marked as local delivery only. We do not ship them by courier because the journey time and temperature variation cannot guarantee freshness and food safety. These items can be delivered within our 5-mile local zone or collected from the store. See the local-only items section for more.

How much is delivery?

Local delivery is distance-based: £3 for 0-2 miles, £4 for 2-3 miles, and £5 for 3-5 miles. UK-wide delivery cost depends on the courier service you choose at checkout. Prices are shown live so you can compare options. Full delivery pricing is on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Yes. Store pickup is available free of charge from 42 London Road, Tooting, London, SW17 9HP. Orders are usually ready within an hour during opening hours, and you will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect. See store pickup details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value for placing an order. Some promotional offers or free-shipping thresholds may apply from time to time; these will be shown at checkout when relevant.

How do I return an item or get a refund?

For non-perishable goods you have a 14-day return period under UK consumer law. Perishable items such as fresh produce, frozen and chilled goods are exempt by law, but if any item arrives damaged, defective or expired we will refund or replace it. Are your products halal, vegetarian or vegan?

Many of our products are vegetarian, vegan, or halal-certified. Each product page lists the ingredients and any certifications shown on the packaging. If you cannot find the information you need for a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Some products show a printed price on the packaging. Why is your online price different?

Some products are made with a price printed on the packaging by the manufacturer as Price Marked Packs (PMPs). Our online price is set independently and may be a little different from the price you see on the package and in-store prices.

To bring your shopping to your door, our team hand-picks every item to make sure you receive the best quality, packs your order with extra-care packaging to keep everything safe and fresh during delivery, and looks after payment processing and courier handling so your order reaches you faster. Rather than adding separate fees at checkout, we cover all of this with a small uplift on some items and we always keep it as small as we can.

You'll only ever pay the price shown on this page at the time you place your order and no extra fees at checkout.

How do I track my order?

For local deliveries, our team will call you if there is any issue locating your address. For UK-wide courier orders, you will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel has been dispatched. You can also view your orders any time on the your orders page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp on +44 20 7018 7150 so we can help.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. Our store is at 42 London Road, Tooting, London, SW17 9HP and is open every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We carry a wider selection in store than what is listed online. Feel free to visit us. See the contact page for a map.
